Introduction to the course

SafeWave is proud to present our latest initiative, a comprehensive course on the Baltic Sea Agreement, which builds on the foundations of the IMDG Code and the ADR Convention. This course is designed with one purpose in mind: To equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure the transport of dangerous goods on Ro-Ro ships in the Baltic Sea area. You must therefore have passed SafeWave's course on the IMDG code before you can proceed with this course.

What the course covers

Our course is an in-depth exploration of the Baltic Sea Agreement, covering everything from proper labeling and packaging of hazardous substances to emergency management and risk assessments. Our aim is not only to make you aware of the latest changes and updates in the Baltic Sea Agreement, but also to ensure that you are fully aware of your responsibilities and obligations in connection with the safe transport of dangerous goods by ship.

When you pass the test with at least 75% correct answers, you can proudly print your certificate as proof of your competence in the safe transport of dangerous goods in the Baltic Sea area and up-to-date training in the Baltic Sea Agreement.
